Full Refund: - If you need to cancel your event, you can get a full refund of your deposit or paid amount if you let us know 14 days or more before the event date. 2. Partial Refund (Late Notice): - For cancellations made between 5-10 days before the event date, we'll provide a partial refund, keeping just 20% of the deposit for the late notice. This helps us cover the costs of preparations and potential missed opportunities for other bookings. 3. Partial Refund (Short Notice): - If you cancel within 5 days of the event date, we’ll refund half of the deposit amount.
